We recently stayed at the Moxy Cologne Mülheim and was blown away by the experience. We’ve stayed at a few Moxy hotels throughout Germany, but this one easily outshines the rest, mainly because of the incredible staff. From the moment we walked in, the team made us feel like more than just guests. Every interaction felt sincere, not the typical scripted or forced friendliness you sometimes get at hotels. The staff were genuinely warm, professional, and consistently helpful. They took the time to offer personalized recommendations and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. You could tell they actually cared, which made all the difference. The hotel itself is very clean, modern, and fresh, exactly what you’d hope for from a Moxy, but with a more polished and comfortable feel. The location is also great. It’s about a 5–7 minute walk to one of two nearby train stations, and from there it’s an easy ride into downtown Cologne in under 30 minutes. Super convenient without being in the thick of the city. If you’re considering a stay in Cologne, don’t hesitate, the Moxy Cologne Mülheim is a true gem. Thanks again to the staff for making our stay so memorable. I’d come back in a heartbeat.

“Convenient for Palladium”

We stopped here to see a gig at the Palladium. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the venue. There is also a tram stop, supermarket and a few restaurants nearby so was ideal for us. We stopped here to see a gig at the Palladium. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the venue. There is also a tram stop, supermarket and a few restaurants nearby so was ideal for us. The hotel is nicely by decorated. A bit quirky so different to the usual chains. The staff were friendly at check in and the welcome drinks vouchers were a nice touch.

“Great location, comfortable room”

Great location, almost connected to the Cologne/Bonn Airport. Proceed toward the train station but exit the building when you see the road; cross the street and it's a short walk to the entrance. Great location, almost connected to the Cologne/Bonn Airport. Proceed toward the train station but exit the building when you see the road; cross the street and it's a short walk to the entrance. Up to the 5th floor and reception is next to the bar. It aims for a cool, casual vibe. The room was comfortable, although we had a small incident with the shower. We felt welcomed and the welcome drink was a nice touch. There is a market at the airport if you need some snacks; otherwise, have a bite at the hotel
