“Really nice hotel”
I had been there for 2 weeks, the services and front desk attenders were really good, very polite. The room is exceptional, the break fast is fabulous and the hotel location is in a place where you can find everything you need easily by foot, no need car!! That was great. “Extremely friendly staff upscale premises”
We stayed here one night for an event in the Castle Broich nearby. The staff were extraordinarily friendly and helpful. Close to Essen so very convenient when visiting the Messe, it is quite easy to find Just on the other side of the Ruhr. The rooms are tidy and well equipped, bathroom is in super condition. “Almost perfect...”
Absolutely brilliant hotel for business. Great WiFi and walking distance to local shops and restaurants. Small gym and sauna only missing a jacuzzi then it would be perfect. Staff were always happy to help.
