“Excellent Stay”

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel over new year! Very welcoming and helpful staff- close to centre of Winterberg which was beautiful at this time of year ! Food was very nice with lots of choice and the dinner show was absolutely charming. Super rooms with lovely comfy beds and nice modern… lisää

Food was very nice with lots of choice and the dinner show was absolutely charming. Super rooms with lovely comfy beds and nice modern en-suite - wished we could have stayed longer.

“Very Good Stay”

We had a fantastic stay after travelling from the UK. Every single staff member was so friendly and polite - the standard of service was excellent. We opted for half board and I have to say that despite not being entirely sure what we were ordering each evening we found the food to be some of the b… lisää

We had a fantastic stay after travelling from the UK. Every single staff member was so friendly and polite - the standard of service was excellent. We opted for half board and I have to say that despite not being entirely sure what we were ordering each evening we found the food to be some of the best we have ever had in a hotel. We opted for a larger Royal Room - the room was okay but corridor noise was a bit much at times during the day. Only downside was pre booking the spa online in advance only to be kicked out because we had costumes on - 3 others in the spa wrapped in towels and blankets so still not sure what the issue was and couldn’t see anywhere online saying naked only but there you are.

“Enjoyable stay”

This is a great hotel for families with kids. There is lots to do at the hotel and good entertainment for the children. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Good location, not far from town and lots to do in the area. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

“Shame omelet station”

The hotel it’s very good, situated near the skiliftkarrusel and the downtown it’s huge and very well organized, they can fill very quick so you may reserve as you soon you want to be there, you can leave your sky equipment on special room storage, and almost every thing is good, the apartments are … lisää

The hotel it’s very good, situated near the skiliftkarrusel and the downtown it’s huge and very well organized, they can fill very quick so you may reserve as you soon you want to be there, you can leave your sky equipment on special room storage, and almost every thing is good, the apartments are super very good equipped and you can enjoy a marvelous vacations, except by the breakfast, it’s quite good the quality but “Jolanda” the lady making omelets its the worst person to serve, as soon she know you don’t speak Dutch she try to give you “old” eggs or the leftovers of the chafer, if you ask for 2 eggs she only give you one and while you stay there she serve other people, more than 5 and then she make you a favor to give you the other, I mean I wasn’t order 5 it’s was just 1 for me and one for my disabled son, very very rude. The last year the same, it’s a shame That’s why in writing this, because it’s not the first time and the hotel it’s pretty good for have a bad experience because of her.
