“Clean and friendly ”

We stayed for one night and had a good experience. Friendly staff, clean rooms with a comfortable bed and a very reasonable breakfast. Parking was no problem in a very nearby parkade, which the hotel paid for. We would stay again for sure.

We stayed here three nights and felt completely spoilt! Upon arrival we unloaded the car and got instructions where to park the car for free nearby in a public garage. We had a lovely quiet room in the back of the building which was super clean! We loved the bathroom which was equipped with everything you might need. The shower was super comfy, no water ballet while showering and enough space to store all our toiletries. Breakfast was included in the room rate and was very good. The breakfast area is very tastefully decorated and we loved the crunchy German breakfast brötchen in different styles. Meat, cheese, jam varieties as well as scramble egg with bacon, yoghurt, milk, nuts, cereal, cake etc Downstairs you can find a selfservice bar, where you can take alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, snacks and write down your room number, to pay at the end of your stay. The hotel manager is a super friendly lady, who makes you feel being at home. She gave us very useful tourist information, where to go and what to see. Also great restaurant recommendations. Andernach is a cute little city near the Rhine, close to Koblenz, which you can visit easily by train. Maria Laach is a 20 minute drive where you find a lake, nature and an abbey. Pottery, gardencenter, restaurant with huge terras. The Moezel river is not more than a 30 minute drive away with cute little villages and castles to visit as well as some wineries. Andernach itself even has a Michelin start restaurant. We hope to visit one day soon!

“Overnight stay ”

I found the hotel staff extremly friendly and professional helpful. however we had trouble getting s wheelchair in the elevator because it was so small . The rooms were ok Also there we had troubles .the wheelchair did not fit the doorway in other words the hotel is not suitable for handicap . On… lisää

One could not leave the window open due to noise .Breakfast was good and a large selection of meat cheese and rolls all in all it was a ok place to stay for one night

Positive aspects - Small comfortable hotel suitable for short stays - Easy accessible to town centre - Suitable for disabled with lift and space in the breakfast room, shower is tight - Free parking close to hotel - Very friendly staff - Excellent breakfast - Clean and tidy - Good working desk area - Colours in the hotel mainly white and silver; in the bedrooms also wood and purple Negative - Very noisy – sounds travel far - Carpets in the bedroom and halls (probably to deaden the noise level) - Cold – heating was off at night and it was freezing - Overpriced - Compact bathroom - Lack of space for unloading luggage at front of hotel - busy road - Hard/very hard beds - Very small TV - No views from hotel The hotel stay was satisfactory. The rooms are modern and well maintained. Access to the hotel is easy, even when reception is not occupied. The price is not reflected in the performance of the hotel. The breakfast offered is complete and a great start to the day.
