“'Nice little stay"”
Had a chance to stay here for one night and I loved it. The hotel is in the middle of the Harz mountains so its very scenic with a steam train station rite in front of the hotel. “Nice stay - in a very quiet small town in Harz”
5 nights, Family, in two rooms. Old hotel, and absolutely not up-to-date, BUT...we had a pleasant stay. Quiet, cosy, nice staff, good Price, nice wellness/pool section, okay food (both breakfast and evening meal). All in all we had a good stay, and this spot is ideal, to go out touring in Harz.

“Nice lunch.”
We had a lovely journey by steam train from Goslar to Alexisbad and we had lunch arranged for us at the hotel. A really good three course meal ample to eat,well cooked and nice service and the hotel is in really nice quiet surroundings.

“Nice if you like steam trains”
Stayed there in March 2016. Very quiet surrounding. Hotel is a typical DDR hotel, where in the days the happy few were fortunate to spend some holidays.
