“Good apartment style hotel in Hamburg”

We stayed for couple of nights at this property recently. If you want an apartment experience, this is great. We did it primarily because we were on the road a lot and needed to find a property to do laundry. The room was good, bed comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean. The kitchenette was good but we didn't use it. There was ample free coffee available in the breakfast area. We got our laundry done and then left after two nights for our next hop. Having in-house laundry is a big help. Laundry tokens can be purchased from the reception. I will go back to it in the future if required. The only drawback was that there were not many supermarkets or grocery stores nearby.

“Comfortable stay”

Had a four person studio here and a good experience. Room and sleeping accomodations as shown in the picture, clean, quiet and well equiped. Modern interior. Public areas are clean, too, staff is friendly. Parking is affordable (18 EUR right in front of the hotel).

We spent six nights there in mid-August 2024. We appreciate the very kind and helpful staff from the beginning of our stay to the end. The hotel is very well located, close to Lake Aussenalster, ideal for people who prefer walking everywhere. The studio was impeccably clean when we entered , very comfortable, especially the bed where we slept very well. This is even more so because the hotel is quiet, located in the rear courtyard of a building that shields it from the noise of the avenue. The kitchenette is well equipped, so we were able to prepare meals when we felt too tired to eat out. We didn't opt for breakfast as the hours didn't suit us, but we could get coffee or tea, of very good quality, at any time of the day. However, there were a few drawbacks, such as inconsistent Wi-Fi, a partially clogged sink, and the apartment not being cleaned during our entire stay of 7 days. Otherwise, I would return to Adagio if I come back to Hamburg, and I would recommend it to my friends.

“Easy place for a basic holiday”

Apart from the absent-minded staff everything is just fine. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Location is ok, and it is good to know that the hotel is situated behind the building facing the busy street, so nothing can be heard. I would have no trouble coming back. Apart from the absent-minded staff everything is just fine. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Location is ok, and it is good to know that the hotel is situated behind the building facing the busy street, so nothing can be heard. I would have no trouble coming back. But the staff should try to put down their cell phones and concentrate more in customers.
