“The Hotel gift that just keeps giving”

Your comfortable, quiet room will have a gorgeous view of Rudolstadt and the Saale River valley if you get one on the north side of the hotel. “Out of the way, but not a bad thing.”
I might not suggest staying here if you want a short stroll in to town, but if you want somewhere to relax, in an idyllic setting with really friendly staff, then this is your place. “Excellent hotel, tranquil forest ambience, and a good base to visit many attractive sights, Rudolstadt and beyond.”
High marks. This well appointed hotel is tucked away on a forested ridge just south of pretty Rudolstadt, a very tranquil setting, views north, good local walking, but only a short drive from town.
