“Welcoming staff and comfortable room.”
The Staff were really attentive and helped solve my problems, E.g. new light bulb, taxis to / from dinner and the event I was there for. They were very professional. Very comfortable bed and clean room. Quiet room. I enjoyed the grand piano..

“Excellent and clean hotel”
When you are in Kitwe and require a clean hotel, visit Sherbourne. In addition, their food is sumptuous. The hotel is also a walking distance to the shops. I strongly recommend for those who are looking for a better place to sleep.

“Sherborne experience”
Reception and cleaning staff were awesome and professional. Very clean and amazing landscaping. Food not great and slow. Poorly ventilated room, mould in the ceiling, leaking vanity. Kitchen staff were more courteous to light people than black.

“Adequate”
My stay of four nights was fine. The room was large, the bed massive - although they managed to cover most of it with cushions ;) and the mattress was rather soft.
