The price was excellent and compared my last experience at this hotel this time i found things to be a lot better. The room was decent...tea / coffee making facility is good and yes we do have to call in the staff to clean the rooms but I was staying in the peak Ramadan season and my stay Alhumdolillah came along very well. The lifts weren't congested and it was easy to get.

الفندق اجمالا جيد جدا بمقابل المال المدفوع الغرف واسعة و نظيفة مع توفر باركنج مجاناو هو شئ نادر الوجود بفنادق منطقة الحرم و خاصة فئة فنادق الخمسة نجوم طقم العمل مرحاب. الفندق أكيد لا يرقي لفنادق الخمسة نجوم الكبيرة و لكنه رائع مقارنة بسعره و مكانه ليس ببعيد عن بوابة النساء. أحرص علي أخذ الغرف الخل… lisää

Generally, the hotel is very good value wise, the rooms are clean and big (especially the backside rooms). Free of charge wide parking was available which rarely can be found nowadays in Al Madinah five starts hotels, all the staff was welcoming and smiling. Also, the mountain view (ouhod)was fantastic. The breakfast was not good and bad smell was observed, whereas they are mixing eastern food (Indian, Indonesian, ....) with the normal breakfast buffet which was not the case previously since they used to separate both types of foods into two separated areas. For sure you can't compare that hotel with the well-known five starts hotels but with comparing the price with the service that been provided it was pretty good.

After staying 1 night in the worst hotel ever in Madinah, we moved to Al Madinah Harmony Hotel. They gave us a lovely room which was big enough for our son, it was very clean, the bathroom was spotless! After staying 1 night in the worst hotel ever in Madinah, we moved to Al Madinah Harmony Hotel. They gave us a lovely room which was big enough for our son, it was very clean, the bathroom was spotless! They regularly kept water in the room for us but only cleaned when we told them to but they did do a good job of it! There was noise from outside as we overlooked the bus station so you could hear them but it's a minor thing. The short walk to Gate 21 was great as I could go with my son in my own time after my husband had left for the masjid. The staff don't speak very good english so it was difficult to make them understand anything. I once called up for room service for some tea but nothing ever came! Breakfast was decent and tasty but the dining area was always full.

“Hotel next to Masjid Nabawi”

Good location 5 mins walk to the Masjid Nabawi. Shops and restaurants are walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast mainly of middle eastern food and no varieties. No change of bed sheets and towels unless requested.
