“Excellent staff, excellent room”
Room was fantastic, clean, no issues whatsoever. Staff was excellent and accommodating. Areej at reception was excellent and understanding of needs and went above and beyond. We had some minor issues about the reservation and she took care of them without a problem.

“Meeting room ”
Some issues with monitor in the training room disconnected by wireless many times should be connected by hdmi cable after many trial succeeded to connecting the monitor by Hdmi cable The service team very co operated and the coffee brake was good

“Value/Clean/Attentative”
This is an excellent value for money location in Jeddah. It's very close to downtown and is relatively organized given it's age. The staff are very attentive and pay extra care to IHG members.
