“Excellence in luxury.”
From check in to check out everything was great. Specially got a lot of help from Mr. Amir Hamza (Room Service). For any kind of help during our stay he was always there for us. Had a very pleasant stay at Pullman Zamzam Makkah. Highly recommended

“Pullman ZamZam Review”
Massive issues on check in for few hours locating rooms, names and giving different rooms. Gave us all wrong rooms. Then could not find booking. This took few hours. Delayed our umrah by hours.
