“Best In Mecca”
I stayed here for six nights and everything was excellent; the receptionists, concierge, and food service workers all worked with heart. If I come back to Mecca I will undoubtedly stay here

“Star housekeeper Anisul”
I would like to say what brilliant hotel movenpick is and a special mention to the housekeeper Anisul who was professional kind and always helpful during our stay he is a credit to the movenpick team I cannot recommend him highly enough

“Good location, average experience”
The staff was efficient and courteous. Our check out was shifted from 12 midday to 2pm on our request. But the room we were given was not up to the mark as in our previous experience. Bed was without head board waste paper. Breakfast was so so.

“Did not meet my expectations”
I can not rate my stay more than 3 stars. I understand that it was a busy period but then don’t charge extortion prices. The breakfast for morning fast was disorderly. Hardly any space to sit down and eat. Only one person at the egg station. Huge improvements needed.
