“Great hotel and location is perfect”
I stayed here in April with my family. We originally booked 2 rooms and upon check in we were informed that the rooms would not be on the same floor so they gave us the option to move into the family suite at no extra cost. “Excellent care and perfect organization”
I really appreciated how well everything was managed.The supervisor Omar ensured smooth service,the room boy Naymur kept the room spotless.The bathroom was very clean,linens fresh and comfortable and amenities always complete.Corridors were neat and clean and quiet and the location near the Haram … lisää

“I really hope food improve”
I stayed in room 2806 , I really like the location cause it was located top off the mall and front of masjidil haram , but for 5 stars hotel beside this hotel was 24/7 service and busy hotel .
