As a family, we booked and stayed at Al-Ebaa hotel for four days and really enjoyed our stay. We received excellent service from the staff, who did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. The rooms were spacious and incredibly clean, with the cleaners visiting every morning to provide us with fresh towels, bottles of water, sugar, shower gels, shampoos and conditioners. We did not eat from the restaurant, so I cannot comment on that, but the cafe near the luxurious reception area offered fresh and delicious coffee and tea. There is a short walking distance from Al-Ebaa hotel to Al Haram but if you go through the car park of Anjum Hotel and use the escalators, it takes less than ten minutes to arrive at Al-Haram. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend El-Ebaa.

“Shower, FB and Location”

The hotel could benefit from a thorough deep cleaning, and the shower facilities may require replacement, as this could ultimately be a more cost-effective solution in the long run of the hotel 😉 However, I would like to extend my sincere compliments to the chefs; their buffets are truly excellent… lisää

The hotel could benefit from a thorough deep cleaning, and the shower facilities may require replacement, as this could ultimately be a more cost-effective solution in the long run of the hotel 😉 However, I would like to extend my sincere compliments to the chefs; their buffets are truly excellent, and the food is delicious. Salute to all FB team l! Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the Kaaba is very convenient, as I can reach it within a five-minute walk.

“A 3 star stay”

Stayed 6 nights at this hotel from 14th August with my family. Overall hotel was ok, I would rate it as 3*. I was disappointed with the the room as the bathroom was very tiny and we were a family of children and 2 adults, the hot water wasn't working in the bathroom I reported on many occasions to … lisää

Stayed 6 nights at this hotel from 14th August with my family. Overall hotel was ok, I would rate it as 3*. I was disappointed with the the room as the bathroom was very tiny and we were a family of children and 2 adults, the hot water wasn't working in the bathroom I reported on many occasions to the reception desk and maintenance person, however they failed to address the issue, they sent someone to check, however that was it, no one actually came to fix the problem..we had to shower in cold water with the kids throughout our stay. The room was ok, abit out dated, breakfast was ok too, location was not from from haram about 7 .mins walk so very ideal, however abit of an uphill walk before the anjum hotel. Would I stay here again, 🤔 maybe not because of the service was poor.
