It's obvious that the Management of this hotel is keen to maintain high standards. I could tell they've taken the time to train their staff to be customer centric. They contacted me several days before I arrived to welcome me and to find out if I needed help arranging airport transfer. They organized the transfer, and that made it very easy for me. The rooms are spacious and clean, and they have extra amenities like a kettle, coffee, tea, sugar, a fridge, safe, bathroom stuff (shower cap, soaps, shampoo, lotion, etc.). They even have a box of tissues in case you get a cold/flu. Their backup generator came in handy due to the constant power cuts and to keep the AC on whenever needed. Their meals are sumptuous, and really large servings. We often had to share meals to be able to finish the food (which was absolutely tasty). The staff are courteous and very friendly. They're trained for their specific roles, which is great. I loved my stay at the New Brookfields Hotel, and loved the atmosphere. They showcase really beautiful Artwork on the walls in the restaurant, rooms, and reception areas. It was wonderful to come back to the hotel at the end of the day "to rejuvenate" in such a relaxing environment. It was also great that it was close enough to the part of town that we needed to access without sitting for long in traffic jam. I would definitely recommend the New Brookfields Hotel for business and pleasure. It was worth it.

“2 bedroom apartment stay”

Amazing location for access to other parts of Freetown, room is most definitely in line with the price paid and is cleanly upon arrival. Reception staff are very hospitable.

The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to settle in . The Wi-Fi was reliable, which was especially important during our stay. One of the highlights was the food—it was excellent and added to the overall positive experience. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay near the centre of Freetown.

“Very friendly, but not flash”

Very friendly staff - helpful and accommodating - happy to be on first-name terms. This is not a fancy multi-star establishment, but it is perfect for short- to medium-term stays. Beds not very comfortable in original building - but new block is fine.
