I have stayed in poprad about 10 times over the last 4 years and by far this is the best stay I have had. On arrival we were met my the owner of the property who showed us round both rooms , impressive is not the word!! The rooms were amazing very welcoming and homely. Decorated to the highest standard. The beds were extremely comfortable with extra bedding available if you got cold. These were not needed as the rooms were cosy and warm. Each room had a small kitchen which were kitted out with everything you needed including a microwave. The bathroom didn't disappoint either they were warm and a selection of toiletries were provided. There was even a hairdryer! Location wise it is about a 5 minutes drive from the airport and a short walk to the centre of poprad . In the imidiate area of the accommodation you can find a well stocked supermarket and some fantastic restaurants with prices you would not believe. I am a travel agent and have stayed in some amazing hotels over the years but this one is the best. Don't hesitate in booking a room here you will not be disappointed! !!

We booked this place after reading reviews on trip adviser and I will have to say people have been very honest with there reviews. Its only about 5 minutes drive from the airport and should cost no more than 2 euros in a taxi. Upon arrival we were met by Vera who showed us around our rooms. Firstly our friends room was up the metal stairs in the car park area, these can be slippery when covered in ice but the whole car park and stair case had been cleared of snow. Once inside the room we were greeted my a very warm and modern décor. The double bed was huge and the pull out single bed was lovely and cosy. There is a microwave and small hobs for cooking and all the utensils you would need, but why you would want to cook any food at all is beyond me as there are so many fantastic places to eat so close. There is even supplied 20% off cards for an awesome restaurant called Cin Cin. The food is fantastic and they even had English menus. Right back to the hotel, our friends loved there room and were more than happy with there 3 night stay. They didn't break a single plate or glass so recived there full 100 euro deposit back at the end of the stay. Right now the room where myself and my wife stayed. All I can say is we were the lucky ones!! If your scared of hights and spiral staircases then this isn't the room for you, and if your planning on come back slightly intoxicated then the climb up the stairs will scare you lol. Once in our room we were shown how to use he heat which is controlled my a portable controller which come in handy when your in the raised bed which was so comfy is unreal. May I take this chance to tell you to open the windows and admire the views. I wont give much away but im sure you will appreciate them as much as myself and my wife did, and our friends who came in to take pics and videos. The room again was much like our friends room, very cosy and warmly. So to top it all off, we had a fantastic stay and weir all more than happy with our stay. The local bakery over the road has great food to try and the prices are so cheap we couldn't belive it. There I a supermarket which is very well sign posted and you can pick up loads of snacks and things for so cheap. The Cin Cin restaurant food quality and prices where amazing, ive even saved the recipt to show our friend back home just how cheap it was to feed 5 very hungry people. That topped with the money off cards made it even more great. In the room we also had a 20% of card for the Aquacity swimming complex. Here you will find heated outdoor pools and water slides, there are also steam rooms and saunas that you can relax in, just a same they were closed when we got there. Make sure you find out what times the laser shows are on as these are a must see. I will be posting my videos of the hotel and other things we did while there on youtube. One will show our room and others will show our amazing trip up the mountains which is a must. Im sure ive missed things to tell people but we did so much its hard to get them all down on here. I hope this review helps and if you do decide to stay here im sure you will also have as great a time as we all did.

“Wonderful place with great service”

We booked this apartment online in advance and we choose because of the location. Parking is for free and from here you have a short way to the mountains by car. We booked this apartment online in advance and we choose because of the location. Parking is for free and from here you have a short way to the mountains by car. Poor ad center is ca 2,5 km away but there is a small supermarket 3 min from the hotel and there are several restaurants in 5 minutes walking distance. We were very positively surprised when we arrived. Outside the apartment is a nice little garden with a sitting area and possibilities for BBQ. During our visit it was to cold for that but we were told that we could eat the apples from the garden. Very nice little extra. On the opposite side of the street is a bakery which opens at 6 am. They offer a nice variety of bread, pastries and cakes. The lady who was welcoming us was very nice. We received a bottle of wine as a welcome present and she was reachable via phone all the time. Free Wifi is included and worked without any problems. You also get discount vouchers for aqua city and two restaurants. We tried both of the restaurants. U septima was a great choice with very good pizza (we returned there twice), while the second one did not convince. The apartment itself is wonderful. It is spacious, very clean and has a comfortable bed, a sofa, kitchenette, tv, radio, balcony and a bathroom with bathtub. Everything is nicely decorated and there are extra blankets and pillows available. In the bathroom there is also soap, shower gel and a hair dryer included. We can highly recommend to stay in these nice apartments if you don't mind staying out of the center.
