“Excellent Stay at North Gate Jaffna.”
I was there for 3 nights. As I walked into the hotel, I was greeted by warm welcome and a cold towel and welcome drink. Check in process was quick and painless. “Cant wait to stay here again :)”
The entire experience at northgate was extremely lovely. From the food, the staff, the cleanliness, the location - it all surpassed our expectations. What made it truly special was the team - the restaurant staff to the luggage to the daily workers. They are on point, hard working and very kind.

Nice hotel, modern, everything works. Nice staff, good food. The only problem was the laundry was over the top expensive.

Jaffna North Gate Hotel 17-19Nov 2025 Feedback - Room Service - Slow - Front Desk - Very poor service and unskilled in handling guest complaints - Room Amenities - Poor.
