I had an absolutely amazing stay at Bel Jou Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the manager and every member of staff were incredibly kind and welcoming—it really made a difference. A special mention to Princes, who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The room was spotless and very well maintained, and everything about the hotel felt clean and relaxing. The food was delicious every single time, and the restaurant service was exceptional—they truly made us feel appreciated and cared for. A huge thank you to Chef Cala for the incredible meals, as well as Andrea, Kisha, Natari, Carla, Tinka, and Joule for their outstanding service throughout our stay. Overall, it was a very comfortable and memorable experience. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be coming back. Thank you all for the amazing work!

We have just returned from a wonderful 10 day stay at the Bel Joy hotel in St. Lucia. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming, with special mentions for Jahfree, Mikey, Quincy, Janet and our house keeper Kevel, thank you all, and a shout out to Dean the GM. Highlights of our stay were the weekly Caribbean BBQ night with accompanying entertainment. We found the food to be exceptional. We were impressed by the variety of tours and activities that were offered by the local SunTours rep. Also the free shuttle bus service to the beach and local town was very much appreciated. The hotel were very efficient with booking our airport transfers. We will definitely be back.

Just back from Bel Jou one of many visits to this lovely hotel. This hotel is managed by Dean who has an amazing amount of lovely staff. Anything you need or any advice you need they are there to help. We all know staff move on to different hotels but not many leave here. Big shout for Bella what e… lisää

Just back from Bel Jou one of many visits to this lovely hotel. This hotel is managed by Dean who has an amazing amount of lovely staff. Anything you need or any advice you need they are there to help. We all know staff move on to different hotels but not many leave here. Big shout for Bella what ever you wanted was not a problem. I could shout them all that's how good are. One who really stood out was Quincy he had just taken on a new role as pool assistant looking after towels and sun beds but also bringing drinks to you if required.

Bel Jou Hotel was truly an amazing place to stay. The rooms were not only beautiful but impeccably clean, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A special shout-out to Verne for a job exceptionally well done. The restaurant staff, including Mac, Princess, Andrea, Morinda, Shellina, Verkessa, Tana, and Jahiem, were absolutely phenomenal. They were always welcoming, attentive, and demonstrated professionalism at its finest. Many thanks as well to the talented chefs, Javier and Jevon, for the wonderful dishes we had the pleasure of enjoying. At the front desk, Le Le and Mickey provided excellent service, making everything smooth and stress-free. Last but certainly not least, Quincy, the pool attendant, stood out throughout my stay. He was consistently present and ready to assist with anything needed. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and well-rounded experience.
