“Honeymoon Review”

We had such an amazing time and loved the short walk to the beach. It was in between the 2 other resorts with easy access to both the grande and La Toc (15 min each). “Loved our trip!”

We loved our stay at the Halcyon! We visited all 3 resorts and it felt the most “home-like”. Service & atmosphere were great. Shout out Sassy Sam! She ran the pool activities and did an amazing job. ❤️🥂

“It’s Our Anniversary🎉🥂💕”

We visited Halcyon for the 2nd time to celebrate our 37th wedding anniversary. It was a spectacular experience. On our previous stay in 2018, we were graciously upgraded to a Beachfront Crystal Lagoon Swim-up Butler Room(without the Butler,though) and absolutely fell in love with the room and view. So we decided to book this room outright for our anniversary stay. This time we got the Butler….actually a 3 Butler Team: Christal, Tyler & Pluta. We can’t say enough about the outstanding job the 3 of them did to make our stay fantastic. For the first few days of our stay, my brother and sister-in-law were with us at the resort. Even though they were staying in a Club-Level room, our outstanding Butlers included them in our plans. They set up dinner reservations for 4(at Halcyon, La Toc & Grande), brought lunch and drinks to the pool for the 4 of us as well as made sure our Island Routes excursion went smoothly, despite a unexpected delay. They did all this without hesitation. Another thing we appreciated about the Butler Team is that they worked together seamlessly. They were excellent communicators, not only with us but with one another. No detail fell through the cracks!! We received a cell phone from the Butlers to communicate with them. We called it ‘The Bat Phone’🦇. This made it very convenient to get anything we needed. We tried to bring it home with us but…. For our anniversary, we simply requested an in-room private dinner. Well, they took that request and ran with it!! We were allowed to plan our own menu for the evening, which was very nice. On the evening of our anniversary, we were ‘kicked out’ of our room for 2 hours. We were escorted to the Club Sandals Lounge for drinks and snacks. At 7:00pm, Pluta escorted us back to our room, which she had romantically prepared for us: candles and rose petals lined the darkened entrance, a bath with flowers, and a loving message was displayed on the ceiling. Once the lights were turned on, we saw that the bed was decorated and a beautiful table was set on our patio by the pool. It was absolutely stunning. Then Pluta stayed to serve us our 4 course dinner, including cocktails. It was beyond our expectations. Although Pluta was with us that evening, we applaud our entire Butler Team for that special evening. As for Halcyon itself, the property is so beautiful and well maintained. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Even though, we’ve stayed at Grande St. Lucian as well, and we may stay at La Toc some time in the future, the intimacy of Halcyon will always bring us back ‘HOME’!!
