“Staff are amazing”

The staff were so kind especially as I passed out from heatstroke and I was provided with fresh cold water and some honey for sugar. A kind employee also gave me a hairband to tie my hair out of the way. Food was amazing, so much fresh fruit, and the rooms are beautiful!

Two years ago we vowed to return to Coco Palm - we kept our vow. We were welcomed back as family before unpacking in our room and checking out the changes. The first change is reception manned at various times by Carleen, Michael, Teclar and Khadija plus Garfield when things get busy. Bedrooms have been brightened with all white furniture. The biggest change is the restaurant/bar area. The restaurant seating area has been extended with the old area now enclosed and used for parties. The bar is now at the back of the restaurant and looked after by Mikila, Bryan, Gerrill and Darcy. Service in the restaurant is attentive and the food is good (special mention for the pork ribs, pumpkin soup and the apple and blackberry cobbler). New pool loungers, umbrellas and cabanas round off the changes. All good stuff1

Well what can I say! Our Stay at the Coco Palm far exceeded our expectations. On our arrival we were fortunate to be upgraded to a Suite (I say fortunate, because we arrived during the very busy & popular Jazz Festival Season). Coco Palm's beauty is that it is a Boutique Hotel, with typical Caribbean Asthetics, offering the warmth & homeliness of a quaint island guesthouse, with the attention to detail and personalized service of a higher end hotel. Claudine (Operations Manager) epitomised the standard & values which were then noticeably reflected in every area of the Coco Palm hotel! We celebrated our 32nd Anniversary there, where Claudine led the way, by secretly collaborating with my Hubby, to source the most BEAUTIFUL HUGE BOUQUET of tropical flowers, brought in to the Tune playing that we danced to on our Wedding day (not a dry eye). Claudine & her staff also arranged for a lovely complimentary Anniversary cake & back in our Suite was decorated with Petals throughout. Their contribution really enhanced a truly magical day of celebration! The Hotel Cuisine was DELICIOUS, as were the amazing Cocktails at the Bar. The Staff were fantastic from Michael & the Team in Reception, our Housekeeper Francisca, who did an impeccable job, through to the Restaurant Staff with Garnette, Denise, Sam and all the rest of the Staff whose names I didn't capture (apologies) & the Bar staff and friendly Entertainment staff all of whom deserve credit. It was also nice to meet & chat with the friendly Hotel Owner Sir Michael Chastanet. The Coco Palm is just a 10 min from the Beach, and conveniently positioned just minutes away from local shops. We also had a great time at the Jazz Festival, in addition to going on all the great tips like seeing the Famous Volcanic Piton Mountains, Sulphur Springs and sailing alongside the Dolphins. All in all we had an AMAZING time & will most definitely make a return visit!

“Coco Palms Hotel Rodney Bay lovely hotel”

Very beautiful hotel we had a fantasti c time. Khadeja the receptionist was very polite and helpful, Gernil in the bar, Natasha and other servers and Coutney the manager all we very welcoming we had a marvellous time and I recommend Coco Palms in St Lucia looking forward to visit again
