Comfortable bed, nice breakfast and considering it's located by a busy road it was very quiet. Above all the staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful.

“Ibis Baden Neuenhof - An Excellent place to stay”

We stayed at this Hotel for 11 nights with a large group of friends who were there to watch the Ice Hockey tournament in Zurich. The check-in was quick, door cards issued for each room & the elevator & we were each given a free bus pass which covered the days we stayed there. The number 2 bus stop to Baden was across the road from the Hotel with the return bus stop just opposite that with a few steps up to the hotel. Frequent buses every 15 minutes in the week and every 30 minutes at weekends & Bank Holidays, so easy access into Baden and the railway station into Zurich. Comfortable bed, lovely shower room, free Hotel wi-fi, wall mounted television with plenty of sockets for phones etc. However, if you are from Great Britain you will need Swiss adaptors to plug into to charge your phones etc as the usual continental ones will not work in Switzerland, (fortunately we found out beforehand). The windows are sound proofed as the motorway is nearby, we never heard any noise during our stay. The only negative regarding the bedroom was very little storage space for clothes, there was only a small hanging space so we stored our other clothes in the suitcases under the bed instead. Lovely continental breakfast with plenty of choices, hot food as well as cold with an assortment of fruit juices, teas & coffees. Other food was available to order from the Hotel menu during the day if required, which included soups, pizzas, pasta dishes, salads etc. The bar was well stocked with alcohol & other drinks, teas and coffees were available if required. The hotel was very clean, well maintained with a team of staff who were very attentive, polite, efficient and eager to help if we needed assistance. We were very happy with our stay there. Thank you

“IBIS hotel in Switzerland”

Very helpful staff, bar/meeting area open 24hr. Quality continental breakfast. Room good but no kettle but water boiler in reception. Lot better as cheap hotel than IBISs in the UK.
