“nice surprise in all aspects”
stayed one night, wanted something close to our Zug office, and this looked okeish at a reasonable price. “Comfortable stay”
We stayed at Hotel Arcade for a night. It was away from the hustle and bustle of the city with a magnificent view of the landscape. The rooms were huge. Ours was next to the huge terrace which made it private and comfortable.

“Short trip Good stay”
Stayed for two nights. Good compact hotel with smiling service. Special mention about Front Desk staff Sara D'anna who was single handed at the desk serving superbly with smile at all times. “Business trip”
During a business trip i spent a night in this hotel. Very nice hotel. Receptionist are very polite and friendly. There is a small nice bar Just behind the reception.
