They have the best restaurants there with delicious selection of different food. The Hotel Director (Urs) is such a nice guy, who makes sure that that all guest feel at home at Park Hotel. Can‘t wait till next time, when I can stay again in this Hotel.

“Beautiful and luxurious hotel”

We stayed as a couple in a junior suite for three nights in September. Service was excellent throughout the property. Arriving by boat from Lucerne was delightful; the hotel looks so pretty as you approach, and the hotel sent a driver to pick us up for the short ride back to the property. We stayed in a junior suite (Harvard) with lake view. It was immaculately clean and very comfortably furnished with a mini bar full of complementary drinks. Only drawback was the fact our balcony had a short wall that blocked our view of the lake if we were seated; it didn't hurt us to stand. Lots of thoughtful touches in the suite (e.g., robes, slippers, umbrellas, a steamer for clothes). Dinner at Focus was a highlight; each course was artfully prepared and delicious; not the way we typically dine but great for a special occasion. Spa facilities were diverse and extensive; it was always easy to find a quiet spot away from other guests if that's what we wanted. The pool with the infinity edge was dreamy; to sit in there looking out over the lake and mountains was truly a privilege. The man who served us in the cognac lounge was clearly an expert in his field; we enjoyed his tutorial and the recommendations he made for tasting. It was an easy 10-minute walk into the town of Vitznau and a scenic 50-minute walk to Weggis, where we enjoyed lunch at Olive restaurant. Also easy to hop on a ferry for the scenic ride up to Fluelen, where we enjoyed a delicious meal at a local cafe before catching the train and hotel car back to the property. The Park Hotel was a quiet and luxurious place to relax at the end of our two weeks in Switzerland. Everything was so grand (e.g., FIVE wine cellars, and guest rooms that are each distinctly different and unique from one another) that it felt somewhat over the top, as if the hotel's creators had indulged every fantasy they could imagine.
