“A beautiful place , full of positives”

We stayed here for two days, it was an overwhelming experience. The location is perfect for visiting the attractions in and around Luzerne. There are a good number of mountain trails from backyard of the hotel which can be explored. Beautiful sunset views are not to be missed if one is staying ther… lisää

“Stunning views, beautiful grounds and amazing spa!”

Stunning location with the most phenomenal views of the lake, beautiful hotel grounds, professional service all round, amazing breakfast and the spa was incredible! Best hotel we stayed in our Swiss roadtrip. Although it’s a little dated, it has a real charm about it and has been well looked after.… lisää

Best hotel we stayed in our Swiss roadtrip. Although it’s a little dated, it has a real charm about it and has been well looked after. The only negatives would be expensive dinner and the small awkward bathroom layout - tiny shower with curtain next to toilet and the washbasin was in the bedroom. Overall though, it was fantastic.

“Good but could be better”

We stayed 4 nights. We choosed a room with view "montagne". The room is well decorated, with a sofa suitable as 3rd bed (if needed). The bathroom is so small that the washbasin is in the room itself. As the house is an old mansion, the windows are rather small, so the room has a tendency to be dark… lisää

We stayed 4 nights. We choosed a room with view "montagne". The room is well decorated, with a sofa suitable as 3rd bed (if needed). The bathroom is so small that the washbasin is in the room itself. As the house is an old mansion, the windows are rather small, so the room has a tendency to be dark. There is no fridge and no air conditioning in the room. We received a small bottle of water each day. The house keeping was low cost, as can witness the little spot of mud on the floor that we did the very first day and throughout all our stay. The view "montagne" was nice but not quiet as it gives on the parking and the main entrance. We had every night the nuisance of "jolly people"! The breakfast was good. Large choice of bred, cold meat, smoked salmon, local cheese, yogurt and muesli. You could have eggs (omelet, fried egg, boiled) but you have to fill a form in order to have it. You do the job of the waiter! The pool with the little spa is nice after a hiking day. This hotel needs some improvements to be a really good hotel, it has the potential. A breathtaking view on the lake and a very beautiful building doesn't make it all !
