“Lost its USP”

Visited in 2023 when they had the cook in front of you grill which was excellent. Now replaced with a disappointing carvery. This is the hotel's 50 th anniversary so you might think they would make it better not worse. Other than that great staff especially Zafar. Good breakfast. Lots of free… lisää

Air con unit in my room but not my colleagues. Internet OK

“Family room with friends”

This was a nice place to stay. Room was comfortable. Bed was comfortable. 4 of us shared a family room. It worked out fine. Unfortunately there was no AC. We happened to arrive on the hottest day of August. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Staff were great.

Good place for an overnight stop - fairly close to the freeway and with its own restaurant. Plenty of free parking space (with many charging stations). The rooms are basic but comfortable. Good place for an overnight stop - fairly close to the freeway and with its own restaurant. Plenty of free parking space (with many charging stations). The rooms are basic but comfortable. The TV set on the wall is huge by hotel/motel standards. The coffee machine in the room gets you only 2 coffees in the morning (2 espresso capsules), but that's enough to get one started - there's more coffee in the restaurant for breakfast. The free internet is a bit of a joke. You need to log into the hotel's site, provide telephone number, and then you get an SMS with password. Fine if you only use a mobile phone. If you want internet in your laptop or tablet with no SMS card, than you have no internet in that equipment. Breakfast is fairly limited in choice when you consider that you pay 17 euros for one person, but nothing is cheap in Switzerland... It would be nice to have a small fridge in the room.

Away from the city hustle bustle, located in a picturesque background, worth you spend for. Having a good restaurant, but the service in the restaurant definitely requires improvement both with the provisions and in attending customers properly. We went in group of 31 and booked with complimentary continental buffet break fast. But the items provided was quite inadequate for the group and the exhausted items were never replenished even when requested to do so. As a result many of us cdn't get many of the items even though they went within the specified time slot. This is awful.

“Decent place for a stop-over”

This is a decent sto-over place while on then road in Switserland. You can get a proper meal in the restaurant and the breakfast is proper. The rooms are fine, be it a bit dated but they have big renovation plans.
