“Wonderful stay”
My husband and I stayed at Schloss Hotel in Zermatt for four nights this February during our ski trip, and our experience exceeded our expectations. “More than an hotel a resourcing experience”
This is not only an hotel but a delightful experience! We went two years in a row and we plan to be back next year for summer this time. The gym and the spa are great and we enjoyed very much the decoration and the facilities. Such a great place to recharge! See you next year!

“Beautiful Hotel with Incredible Staff!”
I can't recommend this hotel highly enough! Beautiful, clean, a perfect location in one of the prettiest places on Earth, staffed by the friendliest people we met in Europe, especially our new friends Alexandra and Sofia who went out of their way to make our stay a once-in-a-lifetime visit!

“Excellent service”
Incredibly friendly staff was the highlight of this b&b hotel; followed by excellent spa facilities, and very convenient positioning next to the station
