“Perfect stay around Les Diablerets”

Very comfy 3 stars hotel with spacious room in the middle of the mountain. Top-notch cleanliness. Friendly staff who always are there to help. Very good breakfast buffet with amazing bread. Warmed own ski room.

Stayed for three nights in June with a tour group. Staff was helpful and pleasant, rooms were decent (although understandably a little spartan since this is essentially a ski-lodge). “Typical Swiss Hotel in a convenient location”

Stayed 3 nights here and had no complaints for the price paid etc. Very convenient location - a short walk from the railway station and the centre of the village. Breakfast was adequate and just the usual continental style. Being British we would have liked a kettle in the room to make tea but didn't really expect that! Contrary to what others have said we didn't come across any unusual rules or rude staff. Everyone was very helpful. If I ever return to Les Diablerets I would stay there again.

We stayed here for 3 nights and were well aware of the reviews the hotel got in the past, mentioning all the rules they’re asking the guests to follow. Maybe some things have changed but apart from the no smoking rule, they have been very welcoming and friendly. The room was big and comfortable with a balcony facing the slopes. On the first night we felt a little cold and since there is nothing you can do about it in the room to change it, I asked at the reception about it and they offered a heater. Breakfast is simple with breads, cheeses, charcuterie, jams, muesli, yogurt, etc. But good enough to fill you up before a day of adventure. The location is great, a few minutes away from the train station and we were offered a 10% voucher for renting ski equipment from the store next to the hotel which was a lovely surprise. One thing that might help a lot is having an electric kettle in the room. Would be nice to have a cup of tea to defrost when you return to your room. Apart from that, hardly anything to fault for the area, price a little steep for what they offer but I suppose that’s due to the remote location of the village.
