Pros: Nice and clean hotel. Big rooms. Killer view uphill. They have a restaurant and offers an Awesome buffet breakfast. I love their teas!!! I wish they sell them as well. People were very helpful and accomodating. They also have a hot water in the bathroom which was really great. Cons: Bit far from main attractions. I wish they could have english translations on what they offer. They have deals for a tour and shuttle but all were in chinese. Oral communication can be a challenge but it will work out

Had a pleasant stay here, the room is neat and the price reasonable. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. This is my first time visiting Nantou. There is no shortage of hotel with good view at the location. So take your time to research and review ..

The location of this hotel is located on the high side of the mountain where you can see the cloud with cold climate. Our two storey room come with three double bed with adjustable heat bed. Room is big and you no need air-conditioning due to the cold climate. The downside is there is only one bat… lisää

The location of this hotel is located on the high side of the mountain where you can see the cloud with cold climate. Our two storey room come with three double bed with adjustable heat bed. Room is big and you no need air-conditioning due to the cold climate. The downside is there is only one bath room for such a big room and everyone need to wait their turn to use it The water on the bathroom is also blocked and I am surprise nobody rise up this issue. Outside the room, there is a garden and it nice with flowers. At night, the light make the hotel look nice. Hotel breakfast menu was Chinese mix Western and on buffet style. Free internet work well in and outside the hotel. Staff and service are good too.

The price was reasonable. The owners allowed us to store our bags at the place as we arrived before the check-in time. Overall, average accommodation.

“Decent resort but needs improvements”

Nice location on top of the hill and the view from the resort is excellent! Despite those good stuffs, the resort maintenance is probably the fallback. The surrounding is chilling but the room doesn't have heaters save for the beds. Would probably struggle in cool or just stay inside yr bed throug… lisää

The surrounding is chilling but the room doesn't have heaters save for the beds. Would probably struggle in cool or just stay inside yr bed throughout the stay. Beware of the flying insects outside the room too if u're very particular. Didn't see many staff within the resort compound, hence if there's any need, u may probably end up not being attended to. Good option to simply stay but if u're expecting smtg better as a hotel/ resort overall, there could be some other better alternative. And, this is definitely not a home stay.
