Stayed with my family over Christmas Eve and day. What an amazing trip! Kids had loads of fun with the activities like go kart, free arcade games and carousel. There were fire works on Christmas Eve on top of the chapel in the hotel compounds that was absolute beautiful. The resort is surrounded with hills and greenery. We had dinner at the prime steak restaurant which was semi buffet and the steak was really good. It’s not a budget hotel in the area but if you are looking for a family hotel with something for everyone I would recommend this. I hardly leave reviews but have to say it’s one of the best hotel I stayed in Taiwan so far.

“Little Ones' Paradise ”

Booked a room in the Manor for two nights and the kids flat out love it! The room is spacious with 3 double beds and 2 bathrooms. Booked a room in the Manor for two nights and the kids flat out love it! The room is spacious with 3 double beds and 2 bathrooms. We requested several items for our infant and the staff were doing their best to proffer what we needed. There are indoor and outdoor venues for kids to run out of the steam, so there's no need to worry if you choose to stay at a hotel all day.

Great getaway for family/kids. Easily one of the best hotels on the eastern coast of Taiwan. Has a lot of pools (including hot springs) outside and indoor that are super clean and well maintained. Also has a bunch of kid-friendly activities and facilities including race-cars, mini-trains, playgrounds and slides. Price not as expensive as it seems as it includes dinner/breakfast. Agree with other reviews dinner times felt a bit restrictive and rushed, especially for family with kids. Food in building outside pool area could use improvement, in selection and taste. But other than that, hotel property, facilities, and service were excellent!

We stayed at the mansion building (room for 4) for two nights. The room is spacious for us as there were only two adults and one kid of us. We stayed at the mansion building (room for 4) for two nights. The room is spacious for us as there were only two adults and one kid of us. However, despite of the space, the room is poorly designed due to the wasted space and lack of natural light, which only came from the bathroom and one small balcony. Moreover, while there was plenty of natural light in the bathroom, it was hard for you to enjoy the view while bathing, as you would need to put down the curtain to avoid being seen. The dinner and breakfast were all you can eat style, which is common in Taiwanese resort, although for dinner one got to choose a main course (steak, roast chicek, pork or fish). The quality of steak and pork was less than enoyable and were poorly prepared. They were hard and tasteless. The hotel appeared to be magnificent but its design in many ways was disappointing, given its high price. The design of the hotel is completely ignorant to its beautiful surroundings. What a shame. The sauna is indoor style; no view. Dispite of the price, expect to see noisy group tourists here. The SPA was good.
