“Food n service excellent”
Walked into the restaurant without reservation but managed to get a table. The girls were amazing. Spoke English n service was wonderful. Veg food didn't taste better anywhere than here. Left the place with stomach...err heart's content. Must visit.

“Friendly staffs and decent hotel”
Staffs are friendly and overall the hotel is pretty new and the room is in pristine condition. Room are spacious and equipped with basic toiletries amenities. “Average hotel”
It's quiet around the hotel so don't expect a bustling city life around the location (or Hualien for that matter). Room is newly renovated but very dusty. “recently opened”
we stayed a night here in a triple room. fairly good size for 3 adults, very basic interior but clean. wifi was sketchy in our room initially and was only strong in the corridors, however the staff rebooted the router and it seemed to be slightly better in the room afterwards.
