This is the best hotel experience that I have experienced. Easy check in procedure, friendly and helpful staff. You get to choose the scent for the room - essence oil. Walking in, you will hear the chipping of birds. They provided us with complimentary facial mask and night desserts. They also provide snacks like popcorn and flow free alcohol during tea break hours. You get to choose the program like bath salt workshop and yoga classes.. The indoor swimming pool, heated pools are great. Not to mention my favourite ginger red date tea is always available.

We stayed in Silks Palace Toroko last year in December and it was such a beautiful, relaxing and luxury end to our two week trip in Taiwan. The staff were so friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make our stay memorable. Robin, the Concierge helped us organise a private taxi from Hulien all the way to the hotel and our taxi driver gave us a tour on the way into Toroko. She was so friendly and started our trip into Toroko on the best note. We stayed at Silks for one night and had the most amazing spa experience and massage with Neeko. The food at Dinner that night was absolutely beautiful in taste and design. The beds were so comfortable and rooms absolute luxury. We spent the next night elsewhere and had an awful experience so we booked in at Silks again for our last night in Toroko. Robin the Concierge who we had been liasing with the whole trip and who had already gone above and beyond for us, organised a private taxi free of charge to come and pick us up from the other hotel drop us off to catch up with another awesome tour the hotel organised through the gorge led by Vita and dropped our bags at the hotel. The tour with Vita was fabulous, she was so friendly and went out of her way to make it a fun experience take us back to our the hotel. Our last night in the hotel we had another amazing massage then dinner. our holiday was topped off with an upgraded room courtesy of Robin which included exclusive access to their executive room. Thank you to Silks at Taroko for making our stay so special - we will always remember our stay. Special thank you to Robin, Vita and Neeko!

Excellent service, nice hot pot and local music shows, staff very friendly and well trained to deliver a good experience to the customer. “Beautiful hotel, but due to earthquake and typhoon there are not many activities.”

We spent here one night. I had booked two, but we decided to leave after one, because there were almost not any activities left to do after the earthquake and typhoon April last year. I hope they will be able to get the park in the state from before the catastrophic events of last year. There are … lisää

We spent here one night. I had booked two, but we decided to leave after one, because there were almost not any activities left to do after the earthquake and typhoon April last year. I hope they will be able to get the park in the state from before the catastrophic events of last year. There are only certain times periods to enter the park. You then drive through the park to the hotel. The drive to and from the hotel is absolutely stunning. The scenery is mind blowing. It should be so beautiful to see it when the park is fully open again. The hotel is beautiful and everything is very well arranged. The staff is so friendly. Everyone from the gentlemen welcoming you st the door, checking in, the restaurant and do on. Everyone is treating you do friendly and nice. Gym is adequate. Room is very nice. Climate inside the room was a bit too cold for me. But luckily you can try to change that. Buffets are enormous. Food is great quality. We are vegetarian and they had great options for us. Highly recommended!!.
