I checked in for 3 days, and check in was very smooth and fast. First impression of room, spacious indeed! The view from the room towards street on the outside and the business center/lobby inside is very nice. Interiors are very tastefully done and very classy, including the wooden finish and the beige carpet. There's choice of the in house restaurant or Subway sandwich in the lobby for food, MacDonalds is a min away and open 24/7. There's a pharmacy also about a minute away should you need any emergency meds. I am loving my stay!

This was my stay at Justwin Grand Hotel for a family trip. Generally speaking, I was impressed with the service and amenities at this hotel for the following reasons. 1. Spacious Lobby and welcoming front desk staff. The staff members were friendly, professional and friendly. There is even a lounge area where guests can enjoy tea time with freshly ground and brewed coffee or tea and snacks, provided by the hotel at no cost at all. 2. Well equipped fitness center with massage chairs, steam room and a sauna. It really helps guests relax and rejuvenate after a tiring day. 3. Delicious breakfast buffet with a great variety of food, including traditional Taiwanese and western styles breakfast items, local special food, artisan bread, pastries, cookies from the hotel bakery, desserts, freshly cut local fruit. The array of food is a display of multi-national food emporium. It is really a nice treat for guests to enjoy such nice breakfast in the fancy restaurant of a local hotel in Tainan, Taiwan. The only complaint I have about this hotel is that I saw a cockroach running on the table before sitting down for breakfast. I told the server about this. She moved us to a different table and got rid of the roach. I was a little bit surprised to see the cockroach at this nice restaurant. Maybe the managing team of the restaurant should pay more attention to improve the cleanliness of the restaurant so that they prevent the pest problem from happening.

A very nice hotel with a big breakfast selection. Rooms are clean and tidy and larger than most. Subway Sandwich is in the lobby and a dimsum restuarant across the road. Wifi was very fast compared to many hotels I stayed in, in Taiwan. Parking for drivers picking up passengers is a little issue so… lisää

Wifi was very fast compared to many hotels I stayed in, in Taiwan. Parking for drivers picking up passengers is a little issue so better to meet at the coffee shop next door.

“Probably Grand in the past”

This hotel feels like we had taken a Time Machine to go back to the 1990s. Everything felt dated and tired. The photos overstate what it looks like. This hotel feels like we had taken a Time Machine to go back to the 1990s. Everything felt dated and tired. The photos overstate what it looks like. TBH I misjudged the distance of this hotel from the centre of Tainan and the HSR. We ended up in an industrial area - no fault of the hotel. It was just not worth the money despite the low rates. Lesson has been learnt for next time.
