“Ita Thao is the place to be”
The far side of the lake is just so much calmer and more pleasant than the near side of the lake. “Spacious room with lake view and a balcony”
Visited sun moon lake and held a small bday party in the room. Spacious room for balloons! The room still has plenty spaces even with two of my 1.5m number balloons. “Very Nice Hotel”
The rooms are good and the beds are comfortable. The rooms have free wifi and tea/coffee facilities. The hotel is very close to restaurants and shops. “Acceptable lodgings ”
Stayed here as part of a guided tour so did not have any booking difficulties mentioned in other reviews. Checking in was easy. Had a lift to our room on the 5th floor. Room was large and clean. “Taiwan 3 Star hotel experience”
The lobby is nice, common toilets need improvement, room is spacious, toilet and bath is also soacious but lacks amenities, the blinds along the hallway is dirty, dining area is not within the hotel, no chocolate drink is provided, food has limited choices and is bland
