“Spectacular view and wonderful service”

We stay in the family room and view is spectacular with a big jacuzzi tub. Room well kept and spacious. Hotel staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast not that fantastic limited variety. Minus point would be too far from the district almost 20min walk.At night if to walk back have to carry… lisää

We stay in the family room and view is spectacular with a big jacuzzi tub. Room well kept and spacious. Hotel staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast not that fantastic limited variety. Minus point would be too far from the district almost 20min walk.At night if to walk back have to carry a torch light as there is limited lighting. Would recommend to book a taxi to drive around as the bus will take at least 30min wait.

It is an old hotel but rooms have been refurbished. Some rooms have nice view overlooking the lake but you need your pay for higher room rate. Walking distance to the more happening food street is about 22 minutes. The hotel provides free supper like braised meat rice and soup with fish cake, tof… lisää

It is an old hotel but rooms have been refurbished. Some rooms have nice view overlooking the lake but you need your pay for higher room rate. Walking distance to the more happening food street is about 22 minutes. The hotel provides free supper like braised meat rice and soup with fish cake, tofu which you can help yourself at the lobby. Buffet breakfast has many varieties and they were quick in replenishing food. Overall stay is average for the price we paid due to peak period of Tomb Sweeping Holiday in Taiwan.

“Funky Family style hotel on the lake front, with good views and good service.”

We stayed here for a night in two rooms. One was in the newer building while the other one was in the new building. The newer one faced the lake and had a fantastic view. The older one was slightly behind the new building and you still had a view but not as good. The hotel itself seems like a famil… lisää

We stayed here for a night in two rooms. One was in the newer building while the other one was in the new building. The newer one faced the lake and had a fantastic view. The older one was slightly behind the new building and you still had a view but not as good. The hotel itself seems like a family run affair, not up quite to hotel management standard. English was not well spoken by anyone there. And the hallways to the rooms and stairs to the breakfast were all not standard. The rooms were both quite large , the decor closer to the funky side specially the bathrooms. Nevertheless we had a great time here and the staff , even if we had a had time communicating, did try hard to please. The place is on corner of an important intersection but beside the lake, it's about a 15 minute walk to the town where a lot of food choices are. At night it's very quiet and pleasant. We would be happy to stay here again.

The entire hotel staff is friendly and helpful with directions, etc. The view of the lake is spectacular but the hotel could use some upgrades. The bathroom sink facet is awkward to use and the shower door opens out into the toilet area. You can only access one side of the bed but the bed was comfo… lisää

The bathroom sink facet is awkward to use and the shower door opens out into the toilet area. You can only access one side of the bed but the bed was comfortable and the hotel is quiet. The walking path is convenient for strolling and parking is free and easy. The breakfast buffet was mostly Asian foods, but the coffee is delicious. Our TV had to be fixed, but they were very responsive.
