“Great location and nice room.”

Love Home Lake is located in the central of Sun Moon Lake Area, opposite to Shuishe Pier where we can have boat trip. The bus station is a few minute walk. Our three rooms are spacy with lake view. There is also a big sofa in the room that we can sit and enjoy watching TV.

Entrance/Reception is located next to a tea shop. Hotel is very near to the pier. There are shops and eateries nearby. Disposable toiletries provided (note: paper towels). Small dressing table, coffee table and TV. The room I stayed in did not have a separate area for bath. Thus the entire toilet floor became wet after bath. It also has no view of the lake. Air-con is slightly noisy, though cool enough for a summer day. Good for a night stay

The hotel is easy to miss because there's no reception counter but just a table under the stairs and you have to call the intercom to get someone to check you in But for the price I paid, the room is pretty decent. This is probably the best located hotel at Sun Moon Lake at this price. The rooms and attached bathroom are basic and clean.. This is probably the best located hotel at Sun Moon Lake at this price. The rooms and attached bathroom are basic and clean.. There is little English spoken and you have to contact the staff by phone or intercom so that they can come and give you your key. The room was cleaned and the bed was made during the day. Many restaurants, 7 Eleven, Starbucks and a laundry are nearby. The pier is a stones throw away and if you are arriving by bus it is a ten minute downhill walk. WiFi is available. It can be a little difficult to find. It is opposite Moon Cafe that sells Lavazza coffee. Look out for the Lavazza sign. I enforced my stay here because it was my base and I was out and about all day.
