Good breakfast buffet. Within 10 minutes walk of National Museum of Fine Arts Taiwan. Spacey room and bathroom. Friendly front desk staffs. King size bed is made by two single bed. Free coffee and tea at the lobby.

The room isn’t large but is cozy enough even if two people stayed in it. There’s enough space for luggage and shopping bags. Room, linen and bathroom are all clean. Please note that Taiwan hotels do not provide slippers, hand soap, toothbrush or toothpaste anymore from 2025 onwards. Shampoo and bath gel are still provided for though so if you don’t like bringing your own then you’re all set. That being said I did get slippers during my stay. You also get 2 bottles of water a day along with coffee and tea. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel that can take you to the MRT station. There is breakfast included in the stay. Food is traditional - rice porridge, soup, fresh and pickled vegetables, eggs, bread and jam. I just don’t like the basement location when eating breakfast. It’s like eating in a windowless warehouse. Staff is quite helpful and some can speak English. I got a really good night’s sleep here because the hotel is very quiet, the only problem are the early risers who talk loudly in the hallway because you can hear them. Very clearly.

As some of the reviews mentioned, cleanness is the issue of this hotel. The bathroom seems like renovated but still, it was not cleaned well. If you expect as the photos of the website, the hotel is less attractive. The location was good if you only want to go to the National Museum, otherwise, it is not so convenient. Around the hotel, there are not many shops and restaurants, even not many cabs. So have to use bus or Uber to go to any sightseeing spots. The breakfast, which is free, was quite OK.

“Nothing to shout about.”

It is clean and tidy. Breakfast is ok. Nothing special. It's my second stop for the tour of the island. Possible will not pick this hotel again. One good thing is there is a 7-11 right across the hotel which is 24/7.

“Safe and clean”

I think the place is clean and have good service for 24 hours and it is also convenient to go anywhere. There has free wifi to use everywhere in the hotel. The price is not too expensive to live. The breakfast is also delicious and have many different choices to eat.
