We stayed at Wellspring by Silks in Beitou a couple of days ago, and it was a delightful experience. The hotel allows check-in at 3 p.m, even we arrived an hour early, the front desk staff could check us in immediately. They kindly helped us with our luggage and led us to a spacious lounge where we could sit and enjoy snacks, dried fruits, coffee, and sour plum juice. The snacks and dried fruits were fresh, and the coffee was delicious. While we were relaxing, the staff processed our check-in right in the lounge. Our room was very spacious, and since the hotel is new, everything was modern and thoughtfully designed, making our stay extremely comfortable. The hotel’s hot spring pool is open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., allowing guests to fully enjoy the experience. From 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., the hotel hosts Happy Hour, offering not only snacks, dried fruits, coffee, sour plum juice, and ham but also complimentary red and white wine. A staff member named Julie chatted with us, recommending local attractions and great restaurants, and provided helpful suggestions for our itinerary. After we checked out, we left our luggage at the hotel until the evening. Another staff member, Vincent, helped us carry all six pieces of luggage on a trolley to the taxi stand, we really appreciate it! Throughout our stay, all the staff were warm, courteous, and made us feel completely at home. We will definitely choose this hotel again on our next trip to Taipei.

I had a wonderful stay at the Wellspring Hotel in Beitou. The staff were incredibly friendly and spoke excellent English, which made everything smooth and welcoming. The rooms were spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. One of my favorite features was the indoor and outdoor bath on the balcony that offered such a unique and relaxing experience. The location is excellent, just steps from the Beitou Xinbeitou Station, Beitou Park, and the Hot Springs Museum. It’s the perfect spot for a peaceful break from busy Taipei while still being within easy reach of the city. Delicious Taiwanese breakfast as well! I also highly recommend the spa. I had a deep tissue massage with Molly, who was highly skilled and made my stay over-the-top great. It was the best, most professional, and most relaxing massage I’ve ever had. Overall, I think it’s best hotel in Beitou thanks to the perfect combination of location, amazing staff, and comfortable rooms.

“Luxurious hotel”

Very convenient location near to the train station. Lots of food choices nearby, as well attractions. 5* service throughout. The buffet breakfast spread was excellent. Very comfortable room with hot spring in the attached bathroom. Highly recommend this hotel.
