We absolutely loved our stay, splendid from start to finish! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and well put together. The room was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully arranged, and we genuinely enjoyed the overall atmosphere. The service was warm and professional, and it was easy to relax and feel at home. Little details like the calm environment and the neat presentation made a big difference and added to the experience. That said, there was one issue worth mentioning: the air conditioner in our room was leaking. It didn’t completely ruin the stay, but it was noticeable and could become inconvenient if not fixed. We’re sharing this mainly as feedback, because everything else was excellent, and we’d love to see the standard remain consistently high.

I spent 4 days here after a tour through Tanzania and Zanzibar. I was blown away with the service from the staff! The hotel itself is definitely livable, but the experience is made from the attentiveness and friendly service from the staff. As soon as I was shown to my room I discovered that the airconditioning unit was leaking and within 10mins maintenance was in my room fixing the problem. Special mention to Mussa and Shengwe, who somehow could resolve all my issues and did so with exceptional competency and a friendly attitude - even though some of my requests were way beyond what a standard request could be from a guest! 10/10 recommend if you value human interaction and customer service :)
