Lousy breakfast service, forgot our entire order even though we were the only people there but luckily we had avacados from thung gwian market! I agree with other travellers that this resort would have been difficult to find without gps.There is no hotel signage in english. That said, it is a lovely resort mainly based around water hence the mosquitoes but if you use a plug in and light smokers it's ok. The staff were helpful especially th… lisää

I agree with other travellers that this resort would have been difficult to find without gps.There is no hotel signage in english. That said, it is a lovely resort mainly based around water hence the mosquitoes but if you use a plug in and light smokers it's ok. The staff were helpful especially the lady on reception as she was the only one who spoke english,although all the staff tried hard and between us all we managed with some laughter along the way. My only complaint was, the website advertise a bar and restaurant,there is no bar and the only drinks available was beer or water and it's to far out of town to be able to go out for a drink without transport. Although we got around it by buying some drinks at the 7-11 nearby, and took it back with us. The restaurant also was deserted and we felt we were being a bit of a nuisance wanting food so after the first night we ate out. That said, it was good clean accommodation at a resonable price,.

“Nice place to stay, difficult to find!”

We had big problems to find the hotel, because of wrong mark in the map. First we didn't felt welcome. It took a long time until someone came to show us the rooms. We had two bungalows connectet with a balcony overlooking the lake. Ideal for us as family. Clean rooms with ac. Food in the restaurant… lisää

We had big problems to find the hotel, because of wrong mark in the map. First we didn't felt welcome. It took a long time until someone came to show us the rooms. We had two bungalows connectet with a balcony overlooking the lake. Ideal for us as family. Clean rooms with ac. Food in the restaurant very very good and big portions. Very recommendable. Breakfast thai style with rice, soup, eggs, toast. Quiet place outside of Lamphun, surrounded by fields. You can not reach it without a car!

I do love this hotel and staff. Only 2 things you should worry if you are expat traveler; local transportation in Lumphun and mosquito (make sure you have spray or electric repellent with you because mosquitoes were so starving). I do love this hotel and staff. Only 2 things you should worry if you are expat traveler; local transportation in Lumphun and mosquito (make sure you have spray or electric repellent with you because mosquitoes were so starving). The hotel is really lovely. Better call it resort. The rooms is like small hut surrounded with natures, trees, grass, lake. We played football there. If you have kids, pick this hotel. We booked by booking.com with 890 Baht price (actually it was shown 850 Baht but never mind, you'll not regret). We love their service because they do care us, first we were dropped at Siam TV Lumphun by minibus that we took from Chiangmai and hotel staff took us to hotel (free of charge). Also when we checked out, it's again with kindly dropped to the same place we came without charge but with big smile. The restaurant is the thing that please don't miss, foods were all delicious and cheap. Be ware if you travel at night without renting scooter or car. Because local transportation looks like they work up to 7.30 pm only. We were so shock because we finished football game around 8.30 pm and everywhere looks so silent (very different from Chaingmai) we called scooter taxi who dropped us at the stadium twice and were rejected twice, so we called hotel and thank god, hotel manager were kindly pick us from the town to hotel. Actually it's a bit far from city but we were lucky that night so if you are coming from Chiangmai, pick up the car or scooter and drive to Lumphun, it's only 20 mins drive. We have small notes for hotel if you are reading, if you have end tables it would be perfect :)

Cheap hotel outside Lamphun. Simple rooms , however most detached. AC properly working, fridge working. Small, very basic bathroom, warm shower. Good locaction to explore the suroundings around Chiang Mai, avoiding the hassle of the big city, if you appreciate your rest.
