“A pleasant stay overall”

We extended our stay at the Windsor Resort (double room with balcony) to 6 nights. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with good air-conditioning and WiFi. It was serviced every day in spite of the complexities brought by COVID19. The location - walking distance to the train station and night market, close to a few of the best archeological sites in Lopburi - was perfect for our needs. Just a couple of improvement areas: the mattress which has a little bit of a plastic feel and breakfast which was just average (cold sausage and cold eggs every morning... which is a little bit disappointing). Useful tip: we rented a motorcycle at the Noom Guesthouse Very convenient!

“everything ok”

we stayed 1 night there to explore the city, around 10 min walking to the centre, in the evening u have to walk an dark street to the centre, better take a mototaxi on the way back to the hotel. breakfast was in a small, realy cold room, so we prefer to eat outside.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The staff were lovely. Room was huge. Bed was good. Shower was hot. WiFi was good. Although you have to keep logging in. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was basic but nice. There are two different accommodation options on the property which are owned and operated by the same people. There are two different accommodation options on the property which are owned and operated by the same people. When I arrived late afternoon the bungalows (the resort) were mostly deserted and didn't look all that appealing. The hotel, on the other hand, was rather busy so I opted to stay in it. The hotel is rather basic and utilitarian. A typical Asian style budget hotel, it's set up to accommodate extended-stay guests. The room was comfortable enough and the linen and towels appeared to be new. The airconditioning and hot water worked well. There was a large refrigerator in the room, typical of Thai apartments. In fact, all the furniture was cheap house-hold stuff. The hotel is perfectly acceptable for a night or two and I might have given it 4 out of 5 on the TripAdvisor scale if it were not for the price. At a walk-in rate of 650 THB (including breakfast), I thought it was slightly overpriced.

Room # VIP 3 Never read any Feedback before booking about the Noise from either the Trains or the Lorries that both pass by very close!! The room was Modern, Clean as well as the Bathroom - very happy with the room. We actually expected to stay in one of the Detached Bungalows upon booking but were provided a room in the main hotel complex - Now not sure quite how you book a Bungalow! Breakfast was Yummy, limited choice ( 4 ) of Hot Thai foods, but cooked well, clean and tidy plus Fried Eggs. All staff were excellent. The hotel is NOT in the centre of Lopburi ( no Monkeys here!) we had a car so we were OK to access the city centre to see the Monkeys and visit Big C Supercentre. Would stay here again only try and get a room away from the road and away from the Train lines!!!!
