My partner and I stayed in this magical resort in the first weekend of November. Unfortunately we only booked 1 night, because we would have liked to stay much longer. The mountain view suite was romantic, spacious, clean and complete with all amenities. The biggest surprise of all was the lovely staff hiding in the bathroom and coming out to sing a birthday song for me. Yummy cake with candles completed the surprise. Thanks to the special request of my partner and the very attentive management this was a check-in that I will never forget. Do I need to write more about the excellent and healthy breakfast, the swimming pool and the lovely gardens ? I don't think so. Just go to this well managed and well maintained resort.

This was a first time I came here with my big family totally 21 people . I stayed at villa vilai 3 bedrooms with 4 restrooms ,3 bathrooms ,1 big living room and pool . villa daniel 2 bedrooms and 1 living room . 3 deluxe rooms. Everyone come to joine together at villa vilai ,childrens very happy they can run , swim . For adults can chitchat , play card it's good time for my big family . We can get fresh air ,natural thing around here . My family very happy .

“Disappointing, not good value for money.”

Since it got an 8.4 rating on agoda in 2016, this place has clearly gone downhill. Unfortunate, as it's generally quite nice - notably the pool is a gem. They could do more with it ... but what really got me was the outside shower - yes, what they market as a 'four star resort', with a deluxe villa… lisää

Since it got an 8.4 rating on agoda in 2016, this place has clearly gone downhill. Unfortunate, as it's generally quite nice - notably the pool is a gem. They could do more with it ... but what really got me was the outside shower - yes, what they market as a 'four star resort', with a deluxe villa, the shower for the unit is actually outside (there is a roof, but still). Staff are falling over themselves to be of service, which is nice. We paid $100 AUD per night for this deluxe room with a hard bed, no TV channels, and an outside shower - not a good deal. The breakfast, included, however, was pretty good.

We have mixed feeling about this hotel. The price tag of this resort is the highest in the area. The service is good especially the lady at the restaurant. Breakfast is adequate but delicious. The Mountain View unit we stayed was spacious and nicely designed. (though the view is not great as attached). The key issue at this hotel is the bed and bed linen quality. They were very worn out and made us smelly like sweat in the morningฺ It liked slept in the bed and on pillows that have been used for more than 10 years so even though the worn out bed linen looked clean the smell was from the inner pillows duvet and mattress that have been used for long time. Sleep quality is the most important factor we used to rate hotel. At this price tag we expect a better quality mattress duvet and bed linen or view. Quality of towels and toiletries provided in the bathroom were sub standard and should be improvedฺ The breakfast room was also next to the place the staff used area which didn’t look nice. The allowance of dogs without rules in the common area made us look at the view of pooping dog on the grass in front of the breakfast area while we had breakfast. Shall we return? The answer is definitely No. All in all the quality of bed and view of room we stayed worth 20% lower price tag. If that the case we would not complain as we would have not expect much.
