Great staff! Clean and expansive hotel with a great fitness room. Check-in and out were fast and efficient. Parking was very convenient. Sadly, no one replied to emails sent 5 days in advance with a special request and a enquiry, including a request for an early check-in. This turned out not to be problematic upon arrival, though it would have been nice to have an answer before traveling. The hotel is located very conveniently across the street from a Lotus's, which was fortunate as the room amenities were lacking. There was no mini-bar, no coffee, tea or other of the usual amenities. Drinking water, a kettle and drinking glasses (glass) were provided, so we went to Lotus's to buy coffee, sugar and proper glasses to drink it from. Not a big problem. I would stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel during my business visit to Nakhon Si Thammarat. Twin Lotus is one of the international standard hotel in the city. It is important to understand that the non-international brand in Thailand is tends to be relatively cheaper. Still, the hotel has many good features. First is the shuttle service between airport and hotel is included in our room rate. The hotel provided the van service for customers to travel to and from the airport. The cost of the room is around US$60 per night. So, it is extremely value for money. The hotel is maintain very well but have to admit that the hotel is old and giving the experience of the first class local hotel in Thailand. The room is in a good size around 30Sq.meters. We can see the view of Nakhon Si Thammarat City from our room. The bed is a good size with working table and a couch to see the city view. The bathroom is dated but well maintained. Interesting part is the toothpaste, soap, shampoo came from the famous Traditional Thai herbal products under the brand 'Dokbua Koo'. So, it is making a perfect sense now that the name Twin Lotus is literally an English translation of Dokbua (Lotus) Koo (Twin). So, the bath products are excellent, as the Thai herbal bath products under Dokbua Koo is one of the best Thai Traditional products. Generally, the hotel is a good Thai First Class hotel (That may equivalent to 3.5 to 4 Stars hotel under international Standard). The room design is dated but by current standard, I have to admit that they are on par with the like of Dusit Princess, Centara, Holiday Inn, Mercure, or Novotel franchises in Thailand.

We are a family of three – father, mother, and a teenage son. There are many modern hotels in Nakhon Si Thammarat, but we always choose to stay at Twin Lotus. The service is one of the main reasons we return. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms are very well suited for a family, comfortably accommodating three guests. We have never experienced a hotel with such a large king-size bed, and our son also has his own separate bed, which is surprisingly spacious. Another thing we really enjoy is the outdoor area, where you can dine while listening to live music. The hotel is also conveniently located, not far from the city center and close to one of the best traditional Southern Thai restaurants, Krua Nai Nang. There is also a shopping mall called Lotus’s just across the street, which is very convenient. In addition to all this, the hotel offers excellent value for money. Considering the quality, service, and room size, it is very reasonably priced. I will definitely stay at this hotel again the next time I visit Nakhon Si Thammarat.

“Best hotel in NST”

Been staying here on occasion over many years, and it has barely changed. It is a functional 3 plus star hotel. Been staying here on occasion over many years, and it has barely changed. It is a functional 3 plus star hotel. It gets the plus if you book one of the magnificent suite rooms which have a 180 degree panoramic view. It is almost my favourite hotel room in Thailand. Try to get one which faces the mountains in the background. Otherwise front of house is efficient, the lobby is still over the top compared to the rooms, the breakfast is poor. There is an excellent pool which used to be very peaceful and rarely used by guests but now it seems to be often filled with swimming clubs The hotel often hosts government regional conferences and conventions. It is the place for government officials.

“OK hotel, was good 20 years ago”

Rooms are spacey and clean, but the whole hotel would need to be refurbished, its best days are definitely over. Buffet breakfast offer of Western meals is quite poor, selection of Thai meals looks better. All in all it’s OK to stay here for a night or two.
