This is my first time to visited here, it was amazing place if you would love to touch with the nature , a special thing is support elephants, the room is very comfortable, clean and nice design, at the balcony you can see a beautiful jungle view and lake, all staff here so friendly and helpful especially Khun Nissha a person who made me feel so impressed with her , she is so kind , helpful with her service mind, I would like to recommend this resort if you visit Pitsanulok province.

“Quiet place”

I spent a trip with my family in December. Resort quite silent because of covid-19 that can make you feel lonely. The staff was nice and helpful. The room is big but a bit old. My granny didn't like this place because there are too many steps. Breakfast is good. No elephants on weekday.

While there are few chinks in the Property, which i will talk later ( below) Overall its out of the world experience to have stayed in the middle of the jungle, in such a huge resort where you dont have to venture out, becasue if you were staying out, you would come here to spend the day. While there are few chinks in the Property, which i will talk later ( below) Overall its out of the world experience to have stayed in the middle of the jungle, in such a huge resort where you dont have to venture out, becasue if you were staying out, you would come here to spend the day. The Hotel property is huge and in the middle of the jungle surrounded by everything a jungle has, including Elephants trained and roaming around nearby. Rooms are good size but we stayed in a Chalet facing the river and it was huge with private balcony and the chalets are built with a distance of 50-100 metres from each other. which is just such a bliss to be alone. You can keep walking in the resort and few rounds can mean 8-10kms of walk. And make sure you do that. I read reviews of people saying the place is not maintain. I am sorry to say that they have not travelled enough to write reviews. HOW DO YOU MAINTAIN A JUNGLE. leaves will fall, roots will form, Spiders will be there and so will be the insects , you are living in their home. The staff is the best staff i have ever encountered in decades of travel. Running around to help you even when they are heavily overworked due to shortage of people. And the issues start from there. Such a massive place requires minimum 100 staff ( 30 should only be cleaning) and they had total of may be 25 staff which was the reason of overworked staff and non-maintained property. Which is actually easy to resolve and i am sure the owners will be thinking of that. i only suggest to owners, do not let the property go waste, you have a great resort, maintain it, Advertise it well as its not known the way it is. Your staff is amazing. Give them the thanx from your side.

“Holiday”

We stayed a night but were the only guests. Needs urgently doing up as nearly derelict . Everything was old and shabby. The pool wasn’t inviting at all. Dried leaves everywhere. The taps in the bathroom were old and rusty.
