Been here multiple times, one of the best and newest hotels there. The location is incredibly convenient, right next to Central Rayong. This gives you easy access to numerous brand shops, a wide variety of food options, and a cinema. It’s also located on the main road so you can’t miss it! The hotel may appear small from the outside, but the interior design creates a warm and inviting ambiance. It also incorporates elements of Thai cultural pride, making it a truly unique and memorable experience (especially along the corridors and the carpets in room). The rooms are incredible, particularly the corner ones. However, I highly recommend the accessible rooms because the bathroom sinks and shower area are simply larger. Despite its location, I don’t mind the noise from the main road or the shopping mall. Unless there are special social events, you just have to go with it (not their fault, anyway). They have two restaurants: the lobby one, which also serves breakfast, offers a good selection of dishes, and the outdoor seating in their garden area is quite pleasant. However, their rooftop is the real star of the show, boasting one of the best burgers and Pina Coladas in town! Lastly, the staff there are awesome :)

My partner and I stayed briefly last year. Returning to see more of Rayong, the Hilton was our first choice. Mim and reception team greeted us and looked after our every need. Room spacious, fantastic view. Bathroom, spotless. Roof top bar was amazing, food and drinks were excellent. This hotel is close to night market and mall. Would definitely recommend this place and will definitely return next year. Thank you so much to the staff on all levels for making our stay lovely.

As a Hilton Honors Diamond member who was Gold at the time of my stays, I have experienced many Garden Inn properties, and this is by far the best one I have visited. My last stay was in October 2025, and after recently talking with my partner about the Hilton hotels we have visited, this one stood out so much that I felt it deserved a review. When it comes to the rooms, this is easily the best Hilton Garden Inn I have stayed in. They are very spacious, spotlessly clean, and genuinely beautiful. During my first visit, I was upgraded to a corner room which was fantastic. On my second stay I did not receive an upgrade, but the standard room was still impressively spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The restaurant, bar, and breakfast are also highlights. Even if you have to pay, they are absolutely worth it. As a Gold member at the time I received breakfast included, but I would happily pay for it. There is a wide selection of options, and while it may not be as extensive as a full Hilton or a DoubleTree, it is more than satisfying. A chef is on site to freshly prepare eggs just the way you like them, which is a great touch. The bar area is also excellent, and the small pool adds a nice atmosphere, especially for those who enjoy taking photos. During my second stay, I had an unfortunate incident where I became locked in the bathroom. Thankfully, after my partner contacted reception, the staff resolved the situation within minutes. As a gesture of apology, they delivered a beautiful basket of fruit to our room, which I really appreciated. The staff overall are excellent. They are professional and follow the rules closely, but as long as you treat them with respect, they will reflect that back to you. Their service and attitude genuinely helped make my stay memorable. The location is convenient for business travel, though it may not be ideal for tourists looking for a lively area. My partner’s family is from Rayong, so I personally had a great time. However, if you are looking for more nightlife or entertainment, Pattaya may be a better option. If you prefer somewhere quieter while still being within reach of Bangkok or Pattaya, this hotel is a great choice. There is also a large shopping mall right next to the hotel and plenty of convenience stores nearby. Overall, I would rate this hotel 4 out of 5 stars. The only reasons it is not a full 5 are the location and the minor bathroom incident. That said, the professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness, and the overall quality make this, in my opinion, the best Hilton Garden Inn I have stayed in. I would highly recommend it.
