“Good first impression. Will try again in the future.”
My trip to Kayseri was cancelled due to Pegasus Airline shenanigans. I explained my situation to Nüzhet Hotel and managed to get a full refund despite having made a non-refundable booking. “Cute Tiny Hotel”
It is located close to the airport and downtown area, you can basically walk to the great square where the castle is located. The hotel and the city are great but the people need to change, it is pitty you can not buy alcohol in this city.

“Comfortable, good service and great food!”
The "Otel" is a typical small, hotel but with enough room and amenities. The queen bed was comfortable and the room was big enough to spread out. The hotel uses a card system where all the lights and air conditioning turns off when you leave (saves energy!) but it cools down quickly. I could onl… lisää

“Warm Hotel”
Good service, good personnel, especially good meal. Rich breakfast. It's near the street, sometimes can a bit noisy. Nevertheless, you can do accommodation there good. I advise for business and family accommodation.

“Pleasant stay”
Comfortable, no complaints. Rooms on the smaller side by U.S. standards but comparable to European standards. Modern decor with good upkeep. Air conditioning functional. Complimentary breakfast appeared generous. Our room had twin beds.
