Our stay at Radisson Blu Mount Erciyes was nothing short of exceptional! The rooms were superb—new, modern, and impeccably clean. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to make us feel at home. A special shoutout to the team for helping us when our child fell sick. They arranged transportation to the hospital and even offered to cover the service costs. Their kindness and attentiveness meant so much to us during a stressful moment. We loved it so much that we returned after two days! Our kids had an amazing time with the private snowboard lessons, and having the slopes practically to themselves made the experience even better. If you’re looking for a family-friendly, luxurious stay in Erciyes, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

Recently returned from an amazing vacation at the Radisson Blu Moun Erciyes at the ski resort, and I just can't help but share my impressions! It was one of the best winter vacations of my life and the entire experience was flawless. From the very beginning, as soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly staff who offered hot drinks and quickly completed all the paperwork. The feeling of coziness and comfort did not leave us from the very first step into the hotel grounds. The stylish interior creates an atmosphere of warmth and coziness, despite the harsh winter weather outside the window. The room we stayed in was ideal for active winter vacation: spacious, with a comfortable bed. The food at the hotel is a separate topic to marvel at. Breakfasts are a buffet with a huge selection of fresh and tasty dishes: from hot omelets and porridge to a variety of cheeses, pastries and fresh juices. Dinner is also something we didn't miss - local cuisine, a variety of meat, fish, fresh vegetables and fruit dishes, and a huge selection of desserts. The hotel is ideally located for winter sports enthusiasts. The ski slopes are literally within walking distance of the hotel and free shuttles to the nearest ski elevators are available, making access to the slopes incredibly convenient. There are also ski and snowboard rentals on site, as well as professional instructors who will be happy to help if you're just starting to learn the sport or want to improve your skills. After skiing, you can relax in the hotel's spa area, which has a sauna, hammam and even a pool with mountain views. It was nice to rub away tiredness after an active day and treat yourself to a massage. What pleasantly surprised us was the level of service. The staff were always happy to help: reception staff, maids, restaurant receptionists - all top notch. Every morning we were welcomed with a smile, and all wishes were fulfilled promptly. We felt ourselves not just guests, but part of a large and friendly community. Overall, our vacation at Radisson Blu Moun Erciyes exceeded all expectations. This place is perfect for those who want to combine active vacation on the slopes with comfort and luxury service. I can confidently recommend this hotel to all lovers of winter sports. Coziness, professionalism and attention to detail are exactly what makes this vacation unforgettable! We will definitely come back here again!

“Under wealmed stay, and very expensive Hotel, with too many underlying issues.”

We took our room on the Monday afternoon with no issues, however the following day, I went skiing and my wife went to the gym, on her return to the room she noticed that some items that we had bought with us to give as presents were gone. Housekeeping. We took our room on the Monday afternoon with no issues, however the following day, I went skiing and my wife went to the gym, on her return to the room she noticed that some items that we had bought with us to give as presents were gone. My wife instantly went to find the chambermaid and asked where the items were, and she had taken them and put in the cleaners room for herself, after my wife spoke to the chambermaid she gave the items back.  However, this is not the chambermaid fault. It is the management and training of the staff to understand rules and procedures and standards. Ie with things such as how many times a week the bed needs to be changed,the room cleaned. This should be carried out by the cleaning staff daily, not when asked by my wife.  We only saw the supervisor once, and this was the day before we were leaving.  Restaurant and Bar. To start with, prior to our holiday, I contacted the hotel about menus and prices of which we were sent these on 20th Dec and was told that these are the menus and prices for the season. In the ski and lounge bar where we ate every evening and most lunchtimes there was a lunch and evening menu for these occasions. The evening menu and drinks were higher than what we had been sent prior to visiting. The veal steak on both menus were different prices, but it was exactly the same items served. So be careful with all prices because it was very expensive for the quality and standard served. Food and drinks served here were more expensive than most ski resorts we have been to in Austria, Switzerland, and France.  In this restaurant people at lunchtime were walking in with wearing there ski boots, and many people bringing there skis into the restaurant too, this was dangerous and the kit should be left outside in the appropriate areas. Again, if guests were told the rules, then this would not happen.  In the main restaurant we only had breakfast because we had only booked  B & B. So, on the breakfast open buffet, 80% of the food served was cold items.  The Chalet bar restaurant, on our first evening, we went into this lovely bar to watch the live music. However, we soon found out that nearly everyone was smoking. I thought smoking was not allowed inside a building.  Recreation, swimming pool, sauna, and steam room. Although the main indoor swimming pool is advertised as adults, only this is not the case at all. There were many, many children. The small outdoor hot pool was also for adults only, and this was not the case either.  The ski hire facility was very good, the staff were very friendly and helpful in all our needs.  Summary. With my wife and me working in the hospitality sector for many years, to us, it looked like the management of the hotel did not have any idea of standards and procedures for a 4-star hotel. However, we must mention some staff who we believe helped and advised and did many things over and above what was required. So we would like to congratulate the following people.  Guest Relations, Anastasia  Reception desk, Ali and Tarif Hakan, Main supervisor in the main restaurant. We believe that this very established international hotel network, Raddison, let themselves down with how this hotel was being run.
