I stayed in this hotel for a week with my family. Upon entering, the pleasant smell filled the lobby. The hotel layout is modern and beautiful. The reception staff Mrs. Marwa and Mr. Ahmed helped us a lot in times of need. The rooms are clean and daily cleaning is done regularly. The staff are kind and friendly. The breakfast is excellent and of high quality. The weather was hot in the first two days of our stay, and because the hotel is located in a relatively cold city, it does not have an air conditioner, and it is suggested to take precautions due to global warming and climate change. This hotel provides a convenient place to rest after exploring the area's Islamic sites. We were a group of 5 English speakers and the front desk woman had no problem communicating with us. The service was good. The rooms are not that large, and the bathroom was small. However, we had everything we needed to be comfortable. The rooms was warm at night, because the temps were cold outside we appreciated it. We needed some air and opened the windows, and there is quite a bit of city noise, as well as call to prayer. The morning breakfast was ample and a buffet style. There is not much of a lobby and the rooms are not that big, so this might not be a first choice for people who want to relax and have a social time. You would have to go elsewhere for that.
