“Great hotel ,it`s location seems bad”

Easy check in,friendly receptionist , very clean but small rooms, daily room cleaning with friendly cleaners . outside pool great,breakfast is good but the same every day,It`s location very bad if you use taxi but the metro 10 min walking from the hotels,and you can then go to any where .

I stayed there 2 days but it was suprisingly good according to money. Room was really good, clean, comfortable. Fitness and other services were also good. I didnt try their restaurant but in the breakfast there are some stale product.

So where do i begin? Im going to just list things as i remember. I have mixed reviews on this place. The staff do not speak a word of english and therefore there was little to no communication. There was a lingering or constant smell of cigerattes. Turks smoke alot! The tv has no international channels and what channels they did have was all in their own language. You cant order whats on their menu for room service because apparently they don’t have it. The breakfast was ok but could be better. We booked bed and breakfast x 3 rooms. The room and bathroom was clean and spacious .One room had a broken toilet so was immediately moved to another room but this room had an exposed plug socket but was eventually fixed. There is no standard kettle and cups for tea & coffee. With a toddler having a kettle is important for me. I didnt get this until 3rd day upon request. The bathroom has rubbish body wash and shampoo. The bed was comfy and spacious. The minibar fridge was not working so all drinks were warm. The extractor fan in the bathroom did not work so you ended up with a steamy bathroom after shower. The lighting was awful you might aswell be in the dark. The ladies cleaned the room every morning and changed beds and towels. The key card to open the door kept going out of service so had to get it fixed at reception. Also we were given one key card per room which made it difficult to leave alone or at different times. There was two swimming pools. The outdoor pool was not in use as it was not in season yet. The indoor pool had zero health and safety and the shallow end was not shallow rendering it useless for those that cant swim entirely, however definitely recommend those that can swim to give it a go. The gym looked amazing but did not get time use so if you get a chance i recommend to give it a go. Theres free parking for those that will be driving. The last day we were able to book for full body massages and i cannot stress enough how amazing it was. For a whole hour of absolute bliss the ladies out did themselves and for £18 (current exchange rate) i think its an absolute bargain. We were then welcomed by a cockroach to say goodbye to us as we were leaving so if you’re scared of creepy crawlies goodluck. There are pros and cons to this hotel so if you want something on budget and arent fussed then give it a go. Considering you will be busy out and about doing touristy stuff it might just tick your boxes. I personally like the small things that make the overall experience much better

I attended the hotel with my family, and family friends for a wedding being held at the hotel. Wasn’t my ideal location for a holiday in istanbul to start with. Checking in was a nightmare. I attended the hotel with my family, and family friends for a wedding being held at the hotel. Wasn’t my ideal location for a holiday in istanbul to start with. Checking in was a nightmare. We were told to go and sit in the dinning area as our rooms were not ready. Check in was 12 but we didn’t get the room until 13:30. Only one room key policy, inconvenienced is everytime we wanted to leave without each other. No in room coffee or tea. No iron I requested a iron and received it after three phone calls and 1hr 15 minutes waiting. Spa was a joke!! Got the most expensive package and when I entered the Turkish bath I thought I was at a kids club. Massage room is immediately under the gym which is famous and open to the general public so during my Bali massage I was stressed imagining a dead lift weight was going to fall on me. One particular staff member at breakfast abused another staff member for allowing my mother (73) to sit by the poolside and have a smoke at 7:30am when there was nil patrons in or around the pool, because she was not dressed appropriately ( swimmers). The staff memeber sais “if she was in swimmers no problem but in civilian clothes this is not allowed”. When I said “ do you really want to see a 73yr old in a bikini he then accused me of thinking I was above him. Moments later a man walked out in a suit and began smoking. When I questioned staff about the man they stated “ if they are friends of management they are permitted To smoke in their civilian clothes. I explained to the reception what happened and how furious I was she stayed the manager would talk to me/ he walked past me several Occassions but refused to talk to me. Disappointed either way and will never return.
