I had an amazing stay at Crowne Plaza Istanbul Ortakoy Bosphorus By IHG and honestly couldn’t fault it. The rooms are outstanding – modern, spotless, and feel brand new. Everything was finished to a really high standard and it made the whole stay feel comfortable and luxurious. What truly made this hotel stand out, though, was the service. From check-in to check-out, the concierge team was incredibly helpful – easily the most attentive I’ve experienced. They arranged taxis whenever we needed them and helped book restaurants, always happy to assist with anything. Nothing felt like too much trouble. The location is also excellent. You’re right in Ortaköy with everything within easy reach, making it a perfect base to explore Istanbul. Many attractions, restaurants, and the Bosphorus are all nearby, which is something many guests consistently praise about the hotel . Overall, a fantastic stay with amazing staff, beautiful rooms, and a brilliant location. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

This property is simply incredibly great in my opinion. I am at the highest tier level of IHG hotel,and I have been staying at numerous of their properties in Asia, Pacific region or Europe mainly. I can say that my stay at Crowne Plaza Ortakoy is one of my best in terms of quality of servoce and care provided to a guest. Great people from the Car Jockey person, to the bell by, the office front desk : really impressive. For iGH members, you can be reassured that your level will be recognized and all the perks possible will be offered to you. We were for exemple offered to pick different type of upgraded rooms based on our wish, to see the bridge or not, to have a more quieter room or not.... The rooms are very contemporain, very new and modern design, large TV screen, comfy beds, USB charger... I mean all what you might except when travelling. Apart from this exceptional level of service, the hotel is greatly located, just a the foot step of the bridge, in a very commercial / stores / restaurant area. The surronding of the hotel are great, with old and paved small roads going around the hills. Wonderful location. So I highly recommend this property to get both a wonderfull welcome and great stay at this hotel, and also to be located in a very nice part of the town.

Visorante is the best choice for dinner with Italian food and perfect view to Bosphorus bridge. The Spa was so convenient in the cold evenings returning from city trip. And the cafe erol downstairs serves fine deserts. We shall chose same location when coming back in Istanbul.
