Best experience at Crown plaza. I totally recommend. Excellent location close to Bosphorus, excellent personnel, especially Zeynel and Nesra who made such a good experience for us at breakfast:). Visorante is the best choice for dinner with Italian food and perfect view to Bosphorus bridge. The Spa was so convenient in the cold evenings returning from city trip. And the cafe erol downstairs serves fine deserts. We shall chose same location when coming back in Istanbul.

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza for three nights and was amazed by the service we received. Starting from check-in, Doğukan was extremely helpful and made sure my family and I were taken care of. He was always more than willing to help and exemplified some of the best customer service I have seen. I would also like to recognise Uğurcan as well since he helped me before checking in to ensure that my stay would be exceptional. I also had the pleasure of meeting Sinan, who impressed me with his professionalism and attention to detail. One of the best parts of my stay was the breakfast. Not only was the breakfast delicious and the views from the restaurant breathtaking, the service we received from Zeynel was truly exceptional. I could tell that Zeynel sincerely cared for his guests and proactively looked for ways to make their dining experience memorable. He was always willing to help and I appreciate that he helped introduce us to many new Turkish foods. I was also impressed by Özgür, who frequently checked in with us and made sure that we always had enough coffee. I highly recommend this hotel as I was truly impressed by the level of service we received. Never have I seen staff who were so professional and committed to customer service. Thank you for making our trip to İstanbul fantastic!

“Welcoming Hospitality & lovely ambience”

We had a two day stay at the hotel .. fabulous ambience specially the roof top lounge. Amazing service and hospitality.. must mention Ozgur and Ibrahim in the same statement , as the gentlemen took good care of us during the stay .. amazing hospitality from them .. kudos , keep it up 👍
