“OK for a stopover”

Good: Really big room with a TV, fridge and hair dryer. Good showers with plenty of hot water. Bad: Advertised as being with tea and coffee. Tea bags were in the room but no kettle to make it with. Good: Really big room with a TV, fridge and hair dryer. Good showers with plenty of hot water. Bad: Advertised as being with tea and coffee. Tea bags were in the room but no kettle to make it with. No toilet rolls. Reception poor since when you enter the desk you come to first is NOT Elit Suits so they ignore you. Asked for an early morning call which we didn’t get. Cannot comment on the breakfast as we didn't have one since we needed to be at the airport by 0630.

“Would not stay here again!!”

This hotel was booked as a stopover for one night as we had a flight transfer the next day. Considering that i had messaged the hotel to inform them that we would be checking in late, they didn't seem prepared for this. This hotel was booked as a stopover for one night as we had a flight transfer the next day. Considering that i had messaged the hotel to inform them that we would be checking in late, they didn't seem prepared for this. They also didn't want to accept my English £50 pounds saying this was 'impossible' for them, although nothing had been mentioned previously about what was acceptable payment, and considering the time we arrived and the fact that we were at the end of our stay, so credit cards were at their limit, i felt that this was a something that could have been easily sorted, but we were made to feel like we were being difficult. The room looked like it had literally just been left by the previous occupants, and we were lucky that we were given clean towels. That seemed to be the only thing provided. There were opened water bottles in the fridge, which my 9 year old nearly drank from, and the remains of someone else's frozen steaks, and no shower soaps or mats. The bed was crooked (on a slant). I will never stay here again. The hotel looks the part, but is sadly lacking in basic hygiene and hospitality, even if it was for just one night.
